This is based on Young’s Bitter – “Golden Ale” may be a bit more marketable than “Bitter!”
An older Golden Ale example would be Boddington’s bitter, 3.8%, 95% Maris Otter, 5% Aromatic. Bitter to Mid 20’s with Challenger/ Target, then late copper hop would be Fuggles or Goldings.

Target FG: 1.008 (2°P)
Target ABV: 3.7%
